In accepting a job in a different state, I needed to be mmoved out there within 3 months. This was right after Christmas.

Being stressed with a newborn and a 3 year old I wanted to list my house right away. Contacted Josh to list the house. He sat down and explained all the details of selling a house and even priced my house exactly what he knew what we could get for it.

He looked over the house and recommended things that would help sell the house. We had minor repairs that needed to be taken care. I would not expect a realtor to coordinate with all third party individuals, but he did.
